Litigation support refers to the provision of an independent expert report and / or independent expert testimony to assist in a matter that is before the courts. Both the expert report and testimony must be informed, comprehensive, cohesive, articulate and easily understood in order to maximise its effectiveness for the client as well as reduce their costs.
All forensic assignments undertaken by SV Partners are handled with the possibility / probability in mind that the matter concerned may ultimately reach the courts for resolution. Consequently, great care and diligence is taken to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the final report. SV Partners works hand in hand with the client’s accountant and legal counsel to ensure the legal process is progressed in the most effective manner.

- Attendance in court to assist legal counsel in the cross examination of the opposing party
